SPECIFICATIONS

This continuous automatic calenderingmachine is suitable for the battery production line in factory. It consists of cast steel gantry, roller, variable frequency motor reducer, gas-liquid pressurization system, gap adjustment system, electrical control system, feeding protection board.

It is mainly serves for increasing active material density of the electrode in Li-Ion batteries research after coating. This equipment adopts servo adjustment rolling gap, and the linear speed is adjusted by theFrequency converterto realize step-less speed regulation.
