The battery-specific vacuum oven is a vacuum oven specially designed for the baking process of lithium ion batteries. Due to the particularity of the oven materials, the lithium battery special oven needs to be resistant to strong acid and alkali corrosion, accurate temperature control, efficient program control, stability and safety.

Due to the strict control of the moisture content inside the lithium battery, moisture has a great influence on the performance of the lithium battery, including voltage, internal resistance, self-discharge and other indicators. If the moisture content is too high, the product will be scrapped, the quality will be reduced, and even the product will explode. Therefore, in multiple production processes of lithium batteries, the positive and negative electrodes, battery cells core and batteries must be vacuum-baked multiple times to remove as much water as possible.

The most widely used in the lithium battery industry are three-layer vacuum oven, single-layer vacuum oven, folio vacuum oven, four-door round warehouse vacuum oven, etc. The three-layer vacuum oven is the most widely used, can be used to bake electrodes after cutting, batteries and batteries before injection.
