Description: Xiamen TOB New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. designed a lithium-ion pouch cell lab line for the customer's battery laboratory, and TOB New Energy also provided a complete set of the battery lab equipment and some raw materials for their research.

The customer intends to make some breakthroughs in their lithium-ion battery project. They have been trying to use different battery manufacturing processes and different material systems, and finally decided to build a lithium-ion pouch cell lab line first.
Generally speaking, compared with aluminum shell or stainless steel shell batteries, pouch cell have the advantages of better safety, lighter weight, large capacity, low internal resistance, flexible design, good discharge characteristics, and simple protection design. Presumably this is also one of the reasons why customers want to make breakthroughs in the field of pouch cell. Of course, pouch cell also have certain disadvantages in terms of high cost, poor consistency, and high manufacturing process requirements. We believe that customers want to find solutions to the problems faced by these pouch cell through this project.
