The TOB-LVJY-200 single-sided coating slot die coating machine is a compact, high-precision coating system specifically designed for laboratory-scale coating processes and advanced material research. Design and Coating Principle
The TOB-LVJY-200 adopts a slot die extrusion coating method, where slurry is delivered through a precision-controlled slit die and applied onto the substrate without direct mechanical contact. Compared with traditional coating methods, this approach minimizes external disturbances and ensures a stable coating thickness.
The slurry is supplied via a precision syringe pump system, enabling accurate control of flow rate and reducing fluctuations during coating. The entire slurry path operates in a relatively closed environment, which is particularly important for sensitive materials such as sulfide solid electrolytes.
The system also integrates substrate tension control and web guiding (EPC system), ensuring stable substrate transport and precise alignment during coating.
