The TOB-HM-101X solid content tester is a high-precision and multifunctional moisture solid content analysis instrument.

1. Fast uniform halogen lamp heater with ring.
Using a circular halogen heating lamp and a radiator to shorten the measurement time, forming a fast and uniform detection environment temperature. After preheating, it takes less than one minute to reach 50-180 degrees Celsius, while the detection of ordinary materials only takes a few minutes to obtain accurate measurement results.

The use of fast and sensitive imported HMB sensors enables accurate moisture content measurement of a small amount of samples even during high-precision weighing.

1. There should be sufficient space around the solid content tester to avoid heat accumulation and overheating.
2. Due to the heating unit surrounding the solid content tester becoming hot, please do not place flammable materials around the instrument.
3. After the test, due to the fact that the sample itself, the heating unit, and its container may still be very hot, caution should be exercised when removing the sample.
4. During the heating and drying process, the temperature of the circular heating element will reach 400 ℃. Therefore, do not open or come into contact with the heating unit. If it needs to be turned on, please disconnect the power and wait until it completely cools down.
5. For flammable or combustible materials, solvent containing matrices, and matrices that may produce flammable or explosive gases when heated, special care should be taken as these samples may pose a hazard to human health or damage equipment. Therefore, when determining this type of sample, the operating heating temperature should be sufficiently low to prevent the formation of flames or explosives, and wear protective equipment such as goggles. If the flammability of the sample is not well understood, the test sample size should be as small as possible. In this case, the instrument should be supervised by a dedicated person, just in case. Please conduct a risk analysis yourself before the experiment.
6. For matrices containing toxic elements, these matrices can only be heated and dried under good ventilation conditions.
7. When heating and drying the substrate, corrosive vapor is generated. When measuring the sample of this substrate, it is recommended to reduce the sample weight as the vapor will condense in the colder shell and cause corrosion.
