TOB-MKH-1000A Vacuum drying oven for glove box


SPECIFICATIONS

1. Oven model: TOB-MKH-1000A

2, Oven specification: the cross section is square, the volume of the inner cavity is about 400mmX350mm X1000mm (according to the actual situation of the design), the material is 304 stainless steel.

3. Heating method: the heater is used to heat from the internal heating tube, the maximum heating power is about 10KW; Three-phase four-wire power supply; Three-stage heating, 3 temperature sensors, more accurate temperature control.

4. Heating temperature: room temperature to 250℃ (working temperature 225℃)

5.The heating chamber is equipped with heat insulation layer, the surface temperature of the oven ≤45℃

6. High vacuum Angle valve: KF40, one set

7. One set of 12m3/h vacuum pump, the ultimate vacuum degree ≤20Pa, vacuum pipeline DN40.

8. A DN40 KF interface is reserved at the top of the oven.
