Selection Suggestions:
For manual hot presses, it is recommended that the pressure used be within half of the full-scale pressure. For example, if a pressure of 10 tons is required, it is best to choose a hot press of more than 20 tons, so that the pressure can be relatively stable. If the pressure is too high, the insulation pads and insulation boards will produce large deformations under high pressure, which will lead to insufficient pressure.
If the pressure required is relatively high and the pressure holding requirement is relatively high, it is recommended to choose an automatic tablet press. Because the automatic machine has an automatic pressure replenishment function, that is, if the pressure is insufficient, the machine will automatically replenish the pressure.
