SPECIFICATIONS
1.The Basic composition
This equipment is mainly composed of computer, communication interface and battery formation cabinet. The battery formation cabinet is composed of a plate body including a fixture and a fixture, a constant current, a constant voltage source, a single-chip microcomputer and a control panel.
2. The main performance
Number of equipment channels: a total of 800 channels in the whole machine.
Workflow control mode: whole machine control.
Charging mode: constant current, constant voltage.
Charging cut-off conditions: time.
Constant current and constant voltage source: Each battery has an independent constant current and constant voltage source, and its own circuit does not affect each other. PWM charging energy-saving mode is adopted to effectively reduce heat generation and power consumption.
Protection function: Each battery has a voltage upper limit protection function to ensure that each battery is charged to the required voltage.
Current and voltage settings: Charging current is centrally controlled and adjusted, which can be set by computer software or keyboard operation.
Process settings: The upper computer can set 20 step parameters, and the charging and other functions can be completed offline through keyboard operation.
Power-down protection: With power-down protection function, the original workflow can continue to run after the call.
Voltage screening: After charging, low-voltage cells can be screened.
