60138 Cylinderical Supercapacitor Pilot Line Assembly

In 2021, one customer chose us to build a pilot line for 60138 supercapacitor.

 Every week we regularly discuss equipment and technical issues with our customers over the internet to clarify their needs. We finally decided to use a new process for the front section, which is film formation of dry powder. Powder film formation is the direction of future research, and overall is more cost effective than the wet method.

After careful communication with customer in the early stage, we began to produce equipment according to the needs.

At present, the equipment is in the assembly process.

After assembly, we will test all the equipment to ensure that there are no problems.  We believe that our high-quality equipment will make everything go smoothly.
