This TOB-DMQ-350 automatic die cutting machine is suitable for automatic die-cutting of lithium battery electrodes.

Workflow:

The electrode coil material is controlled by the frequency conversion motor to be unwound, and sent to the die-cutting machine by the highland barley paper circulating conveyor belt driven by the servo motor through the tension floating roller and the precise deviation correction mechanism. After die-cutting, the edge collecting mechanism collects the edge material, and the electrode automatically flows into the material tray.

Process performance

1. Unwinding adopts variable frequency motor and position detection potentiometer intelligent variable speed unwinding;

2. The floating roller mechanism is used to maintain the proper tension of the electrodes;

3. Precision servo correction mechanism, with correction sensor, to achieve high-precision closed-loop control correction;

4. The feeding roller is a rubber-coated nitrile rubber roller, which is driven by a servo motor and a speed reducer, and the feeding is accurate;

5. Single-seat high-speed die-cutting machine base to increase production capacity;

6. PLC program control, the touch screen can set the stepping precision and die-cutting constant parameters;

7. The unique pull-belt type edge collecting mechanism, the edge collecting is smooth and smooth, and the material is continuous.
