Automatic Lithium Battery Electrode Sheet Resistance Tester
SPECIFICATIONS
This TOB-FT-551 automatic lithium battery electrode sheet resistance tester uses a flat probe, analyze the overall resistance of the electrode by applying pressure to the tested sample, automatically pressurize, and the pressure can be set; PC software interface operation, achieving pressure resistance, resistivity, and conductivity relationship graphs in multiple measurement modes; Provide data and report generation management. Automatic real-time sample thickness data and environmental temperature and humidity collection.
Reference method description:
1. The two probe method is used to directly measure the overall resistivity of the electrode, including the resistance of the probe itself, the contact resistance between the probe and the coating, the coating resistance, the contact resistance between the coating and the current collector, and the resistance of the current collector itself; Solve the problem that the four probe method test data cannot describe the overall battery electrode value;
2. The testing process is basically the same as in actual battery applications, and a total test value includes the electronic conductivity characteristics of each part, studying the influence of the process on the electrode resistance.
For LFP electrodes with high resistance, stable results can be obtained when the loading current is small, while for graphite electrodes with low resistance, stable results can be obtained when the loading current is relatively high. For LFP, NMC, and graphite electrodes, stable measurement results can be obtained when the loading current is above 10mA. As the loading pressure increases, the resistivity of the graphite electrode decreases
4. Factors affecting the conductivity of polarizers include the content and distribution of conductive agents, dry powder stirring strength, compaction density, and the bonding state between the collector and the coating
