1 Case Material: Made of 11 gauge (3mm thickness) 304 stainless steel sheet with sport frame, which provide heavy duty structure for vacuum

2 Dimensions: 555mm(L) x 444mm(W) x 414mm(H)

3 Max. Positive Pressure: 810 Torr (1.1 atm)

4 Note: Gloves cannot work if pressure is higher than 810 Torr

5 Max. Vacuum Level: 0.5 Torr

6 Note: Stainless Steel case may deform at higher vacuum level

7 Leakage Rate in GloveBox: < 6 Torr/hour

Air-lock Chamber

Max. Vacuum Level: 0.05 Torr

Vacuum gauge and valves

1 Two vacuum flanges are included for glove box to achieve vacuum to remove moisture and oxygen without expensive inert gas purging

2 Do not operate under vacuum status. Vacuum process is used for purging the glove box chamber before operation.

3 One KF-25 connector is installed in the back for connecting humidity monitor or other testing equipment

One pair of Latex Gloves are included for immediate use
