Before starting, place the prepared button battery assembly parts and materials in the glove box. We can offer a full set of coin cell parts and materials, including coin cell case, coated electrode, cathode and anode materials, electrolyte, coin cell spacer, wave spring, belleville washers, battery separator.

1. Place the spacer and the cathode electrode into the coin cell cathode case one by one and put the coated-side of the cathode electrode up and in the middle. The coin cell disc cutting machine is suitable for cutting the electrode, copper foil, aluminum foil and battery separator.

2. Use the pipette or syringe to complete the electrolyte injection process, complete and uniform wetting of the electrode surface. TOB pipette is mainly used for battery electrolyte injection and battery research.

8. Cover the cell with the anode case and put it into the coin cell crimping machine for sealing.
