Lithium Pouch Cell Case Forming Process
The battery cells of the pouch cell battery can be designed into different sizes according to the needs of customers.
When the pouch cell case size is well designed, it is necessary to make the corresponding mold to make the aluminum laminate film forming. The pouch cell case forming process is using the forming mold to punch out a pit on the aluminum laminate film that can take in the battery cells, as shown in the following figure:
TOB New Energy can provide battery pouch forming machine for lithium polymer battery/ pouch cell cup forming in the production line of making pouch cell batteries. The machine is used to prepare polymer cases made of Aluminum Laminated Films. This lab aluminum laminated film pouch forming machine is designed with simple Spring mold with a smaller size, which is more suitable for lab research.
