The TOB-PTL-MMB02-200 Constant Temperature Vertical Dip Coater is a precision laboratory system specifically designed for liquid-phase thin film growth under controlled temperature conditions. It is widely used in materials science research for preparing uniform coatings via the vertical dip-coating (immersion-withdrawal) method.
The system adopts a PLC-controlled program with a high-precision stepper motor and lead screw transmission, ensuring smooth motion, accurate positioning, and stable coating performance. During operation, the sample is immersed into the precursor solution for a defined duration and then withdrawn at a controlled speed, by thermal treatment in an integrated constant temperature chamber, forming a uniform thin film on the substrate surface.

Working Principle
This system utilizes the vertical dip-coating method, a widely used technique in thin film fabrication:
● The substrate is vertically immersed into a liquid-phase material system
● A controlled dwell time allows sufficient interaction between the substrate and solution
● The sample is then withdrawn at a constant speed, forming a liquid film
● The film is subsequently dried and stabilized under controlled temperature conditions
