Working Principle
The machine operates based on the doctor blade coating principle. During operation, slurry is applied to the substrate and uniformly spread using a precisely adjusted blade gap.
The coated material then passes through a controlled heating zone for drying, by automatic winding. This process ensures continuous, stable, and repeatable coating performance, making it highly suitable for laboratory-scale research and pilot production.

Maintenance methods and precautions
● Before each work, use a soft cloth with alcohol to carefully wipe the coating head and the body to keep it clean.

● Regularly check the screws, nuts, pins and other fasteners in various parts to prevent loosening and prevent product quality accidents.
