The TOB-TBJ-150C is a laboratory-scale continuous doctor blade coating machine designed for lithium-ion battery electrode coating and small-scale production experiments.

This system enables continuous coating and automatic winding, making it ideal for research environments that require stable coating quality, repeatability, and process consistency.

It is widely used for coating battery cathode and anode materials, as well as ceramic films, nano films, and other functional thin film materials.

Working Principle

The machine operates based on the doctor blade coating principle. During operation, slurry is applied to the substrate and uniformly spread using a precisely adjusted blade gap.

The coated material then passes through a controlled heating zone for drying, by automatic winding. This process ensures continuous, stable, and repeatable coating performance, making it highly suitable for laboratory-scale research and pilot production.

Maintenance methods and precautions
● Before each work, use a soft cloth with alcohol to carefully wipe the coating head and the body to keep it clean.

● Regularly check the screws, nuts, pins and other fasteners in various parts to prevent loosening and prevent product quality accidents.
