The TOB-JR-50140D is a fully automated cylindrical battery laser cutting and winding integrated machine designed for high-precision production of cylindrical cells. It performs electrode laser patterning, winding with separator alignment, and post-processing including end-taping, core shaping, short-circuit testing, and defect detection.

This system ensures accurate electrode ear dimensions, tension-controlled winding, and high throughput suitable for industrial battery manufacturing. It integrates multiple functional modules into a single production solution, allowing independent or combined operation of laser cutting and winding functions.


Core Features & Functional Principles

Function

Description

Electrode Laser Cutting

Positive and negative electrodes are precisely cut to the required tab shape or full tab, with optional independent operation.

Automatic Winding

Electrodes and separators are aligned, tension-controlled, and wound according to process specifications using a servo-driven winding unit.

Alignment & Tension Control

Active separator unwinding, automatic edge correction, and closed-loop tension control ensure consistent alignment and even layer formation.

CCD Inspection

Detects electrode defects during feeding; integrated with feedback for rejection or process correction.

Post-Winding Processing

Includes end-taping, electrode tab pre-folding, height adjustment, short-circuit testing, appearance inspection, barcode tracking, and automated unloading.

Integrated Modules

Reels for electrodes and separators, tension and edge correction, laser cutting, cutting/taping, CCD inspection, winding, flattening, and automated unloading.

Process Traceability

Each cell is tracked via barcode scanning; defective units are automatically rejected.
