6. Technical description of main components

YD series main motor

(1) Three-phase asynchronous motor, voltage 220V, motor power 0.75/kw, explosion-proof.

(2) The jar body is welded with 6mm/304 steel plate, and the two sides of the jar body are welded with 6m steel plate to strengthen the main shaft.

(3) The SUS304 Ø200mm discharge port is designed in the middle of the ball mill jar body.Stainless steel lining zirconia, easy to replace, avoid material pollution.

(4) Grinding alumina jar internal transition is designed with no dead Angle all-round polishing treatment. The jar center is designed with a universal shaft cylinder vertical placed with mouth upward feeding and flipping down for fast discharge. When grinding, the jar horizontally high-speed runs to ensure no materials sticking on jar walls and easy to clean. Manually open the discharge port to ensure the jar sealing.

(5) Internal of the ball grinding jar body is polishing treated to ensure that the material won’t be polluted.

(6) The machine exhaust port is designed according to the production demand. Exhausting before discharging.

(7) Jar speed 0~60rpm, there’s a good dynamic balance with no impact when the equipment runs, which is better to extend the service life of the equipment. The equipment electrical controlled jar body runs smoothly, which improves the efficiency of the milling effect and make the working noise below 60dB.

(8) The bearing adopts ball bearing, with protective bearing covers on both sides.

(9) The frame is made of channel steel, A3 steel 14mm carbon steel plate bent and welded, so that the whole inside and outside of the frame are smooth and flat and easy for cleaning. The inner wall is treated with rust prevention, and the surface is treated with spray paint.

(10) The main reducer is connected with the jar by coupling, and the motor and the reducer are directly connected, by hard gear reducer is driving.

(11) When grinding, the equipment runs stably without obvious vibration, part there’s a leakage protection design protective cover on the transmission part.

(12) All electrical appliances adopt Chint Electric/Wuxi Dayuan frequency converter, random control. Grading time digital setting (0~999 minutes)
