Optical Test Device for Aqueous Battery
This TOB-YCSX-3-16PTI is a specialized optical test fixture designed for planar aqueous battery testing. The cell accommodates batteries with an inner diameter of ≤16mm and thickness of ≤5mm, with an effective observation diameter of 8mm. The fixture has an outer diameter of 65mm and a height of 21mm. The cell body cavity material in contact with the sample is high-purity titanium, the part exposed to air is 316 stainless steel, and the insulating parts are made of PEEK material. The device is suitable for planar testing with optical microscopes, Raman spectroscopy, and infrared spectroscopy. A side hole allows for liquid addition or insertion of a 4mm diameter reference electrode, enabling use as a three-electrode system.
