The TOB-FX11 prismatic cell automatic sorting machine is a fully automated system designed for barcode scanning, internal resistance (IR) and voltage testing, and multi-grade sorting of aluminum shell lithium-ion cells. It integrates testing and classification into a single workflow, enabling consistent cell grouping based on defined electrical parameters.

This automatic sorting machine is widely used in lithium-ion battery production where inconsistent cell matching leads to pack imbalance, reduced cycle life, and safety risks. By delivering high-precision IR and voltage measurement with automated grading, it ensures stable grouping before module assembly.
