SPECIFICATIONS
This TOB-J300D-SD Semi-Automatic Electrode Laser Die-Cutting Machine is primarily used for cutting the outer shape of power lithium battery electrodes.
Operators manually place the electrode onto the positioning platform. A vacuum system automatically and securely holds the electrode in place. Upon manual activation of the start button, the robotic arm automatically moves the electrode to the laser cutting position. The laser cutting machine automatically cuts the electrode to the required shape. The robotic arm then transfers the cut electrode back to the operator station, where the operator removes the electrode.

● This equipment is suitable for small pilot line production, featuring a compact footprint and low cost.
● The software offers simple operation with a graphical interface design, dynamic simulation capabilities, and rapid changeovers—simply adjust the corresponding parameters.
● The laser cutting area incorporates dust protection with an independent dust collection and recovery box, centrally collecting dust generated during laser cutting to prevent contamination of electrode sheet surfaces.
● High-speed continuous fiber laser with power stability <2%, paired with an independently developed high-speed galvanometer.
● The robotic arm utilizes servo motor-driven high-precision ball screws for transmission, ensuring high precision and speed.
