The TOB-33135-C-01 is a dedicated cylindrical case kit for 33135 sodium-ion batteries. It features an all-aluminum tabless design and consists of four precision components. The tabless structure, combined with laser welding assembly, reduces internal resistance and enhances heat dissipation, meeting the demands of high volume automated production.

Components

1. Cylindrical Hollow Aluminum Can

Material: Aluminum alloy

One piece formed with a smooth inner wall and precise dimensions, compatible with flattened tabless jelly rolls.

2. Positive Cap Plate (with Integrated Connection Tab)

Material: Aluminum

Assembly: After flattening the positive electrode, the connection tab is laser welded to the positive foil.

The cap plate contains the electrolyte filling hole.

3. Negative Cap Plate (with Integrated Connection Tab)

Material: Aluminum

Assembly: After flattening the negative electrode, the connection tab is laser welded to the negative foil.

4. Filling Hole Sealing Nail

Material: Aluminum

Purpose: After electrolyte filling, the nail is inserted into the hole and sealed by laser welding to ensure long term hermeticity.
