This TOB-2GZQM-50 ball mill is a high-efficiency small instrument for the preparation of laboratory samples (small and micro). The instrument has a three-dimensional motion of rotation and vibration during grinding, and the collision energy is higher than that of other types of ball mills, and the instrument is small in size, light in weight and high in efficiency. 

It can be used for grinding, blending and mechanical alloying of materials. Double-tank high-energy ball mill can be used to ball mill or mix all kinds of solids, suspensions and pastes with different particle sizes and materials by dry and wet methods.

Working principle

The double-tank high-energy ball mill adopts the three-dimensional ∞-shaped motion eccentric pendulum shaft structure principle, and the tank produces eccentric swing when the motor runs at high speed, which drives the whole bracket to vibrate up and down, and completes the three-dimensional coordinated grinding including high-speed swing, strong impact and vibration, and the heat generation ratio is low, and the grinding energy input is 2-3 times higher than the traditional planetary two-dimensional motion, and the high-efficiency mechanical energy greatly improves the speed and efficiency of grinding and reduces the thermal effect.

The sample is mechanically alloyed (mechanically activated) in a very short time, forming high-energy grinding of nanocrystalline or amorphous materials, and the sample powder is ground to an extremely full and uniform level.
