SPECIFICATIONS

TOB-FXJ-10D is a semi-automated device used for sorting large pouch cells and large Prismatic cells, with sorting parameters of open-circuit voltage and AC internal resistance. The system can be set with 9 qualified levels and 1 defective level. It is equipped with voice broadcast and label printing functions. The device will prompt the operator where to place the battery based on the test data. Compared with the purely manual testing method, this device can significantly reduce the mental exertion of the operator and minimize misjudgments. This equipment is highly versatile, supporting the conventional large single cells and large soft-pack lithium batteries currently available on the market. It is rich in functions and easy to operate, making it one of the most cost-effective sorting machines on the market at present.

Equipment features

1) Label Printing: Equipped with a built-in adhesive label printer, capable of printing adhesive labels containing information such as internal resistance, voltage, grade, date, and time. 

2) Voice Broadcast: Features a built-in voice broadcast module, allowing users to "identify positions by sound" for improved sorting efficiency. 

3) Display Interface: Equipped with a microcomputer touch screen, where sorting grade results are directly displayed on the large screen. 

4) Testing Mechanism: All mechanical limiters are adjustable, enabling compatibility with various battery specifications. 

5) Battery Switching: Only requires changing the position of the signal line connector to adapt to pouch cells with tabs on the same side or different sides, as well as large aluminum shell battery cells. 

6) The device is compact in size, lightweight, and highly adaptable to different environments.
