The TOB-BFZ-200 sodium ion battery secondary vacuum heat sealing machine is mainly used for sodium ion pouch cell vacuuming and secondary sealing after electrolyte filling.

This manual trimmer is specially customized for cathode electrode, anode electrode and aluminum laminated film cutting. The cut electrodes are burr-free and have high precision.

Four stations, 1800 double stations on the left are connected to 1800 double stations on the right through T-shaped bin, single-sided operation, independent cabinet single column purification unit, PLC control and touch screen operation, vacuum pump, bracket are integrated on the left and right sides, and a closed box is provided with inclined operation surface and removable safety glass front window. Under the standard condition, i.e. constant temperature of 20 ℃, a standard atmospheric pressure, 99.999% inert gas source, and the water oxygen index is less than 1 ppm.
