SPECIFICATIONS


Function overview:

1) This equipment is used for hipot, hot pressing and short circuit testing of prismatic lithium-ion battery cells. It allows the battery cells to be heated and pressurized within a set time to ensure that they are formed into battery cells with uniform thickness.

2) Manual feeding and unloading, the pressure of the upper pressure plate reaches the demand surface pressure, and the pressure and temperature are stable, and the short-circuit test of the hot pressing time is started. The delay time from the pressure and temperature are required to the short-circuit test can be set.

3) Equipment action flow:

Technical requirements:

1) Cell shaping method: heat pressing;

2) The equipment is suitable for single-head outlet tab cell; The thickness of the battery can be compatible with 2-25mm thick (thickness after heat pressing);

3) Platen area: 200*200mm

4) Platen material: 45# steel

5) Platen pressure: surface pressure 0-0.6Mpa adjustable, platen pressure adjustable between 0-1T (stroke adjustable)

6) Platen temperature: platen surface temperature is adjustable between room temperature ~ 200℃, temperature accuracy ±3℃;

7) Flatness of the upper and lower pressure platen is ±0.1mm, tolerance as shown below

8) Naked cell heat pressing time: 0~999s, stepless adjustable, the accuracy 0.1s, starting from reaching the predetermined pressure of the heat pressing plate of the battery cell;

10) Test time: 1~10s adjustable


Safety design:

1) equipment is equipped with emergency stop, and emergency stop shield.

2) Safety grating should be set up at personnel working stations to prevent personal safety problems.
