TOB-VS-50 is an ultrasonic metal welder for cylindrical cell 18650, 21700 and 32650 tab to cap welding.

This TOB-ZFJ50320-3000 laser welding machine is designed for cylindrical tabless battery cells, specifically for precision welding of cathode and anode current collectors.

This pneumatic spot welding machine is mainly used for 18650 cylinder cell pack welding, it can weld Nickel tab thickness from 0.02-0.2mm with good welding effect. For single point, used for Ni tab weld with steel case.

TOB-MSK-330A Precise Pneumatic Single Point Welding Machine is specifically designed for professional Li-on Battery Research. It is mainly used for welding the cylinder core negative terminal (Nickel tab) to the bottom of the cylinder case. 90mm welding needle can easily insert into the cylinder case and weld the bottom. This machine is controlled by microcontroller, which is very easy to operate and can provide stable performance.

This TOB-LGC-18 grooving mahcine is suitable for uniformly automatic grooving of cylindrical steel cases (or capacitor aluminum cases) containing battery cells.

This TOB-AGMC-650 automatic cylindrical cell cans grooving machine is suitable for cylindrical cell steel cans automatic uniform grooving.

Suitable for various steel shell cylindrical battery roll grooves such as 18650 ,26650.21700.....

Semi-auto grooving machine for Lithium ion cylindrical battery cases grooving.

The Cylinder battery 18650 Cell Semi-auto Grooving Machineis used in the channeling process of cylindrical battery that is producted in laboratory and enterprise in small scale.

TOB-GY-650 Semi-auto grooving machine is a semi-auto grooving machine with touch screen control,It is used for grooving various cylindrical cell cases including CR123,18650 26650, 32650 cells with customized grooving die.

This is a bottom welding and grooving two-in-one machine, the two machines also can be used separately.

It is an auxiliary tool for the electrolyte injection process of a cylindrical lithium battery.

TOB-JLB - 10 Filling pump system includes an electronic control box, a stepper motor, and A high-precision rotating fluid reciprocating pump made by special ceramic. It is used for multiple high precision spraying/lithium battery liquid injection system

This TOB-ZYB-01 ceramic rotary plunger pump is suitable for high-end trace of liquid precision measurement such as medicine, electrolyte, acid, solvent, dairy products, glue, reagents and other industries of a variety of liquid media.

Single Head Electric Injection Pump For Electrolyte

Double Head Electric Priming Pump For Electrolyte

Pump is easy to be placed into a glove box and precisely controls the filling amount of electrolytes or other lower viscosity liquids under vacuum/inert gas atmosphere. It is an ideal tool for use in battery R&D.

TOB-ZY300 Vacuum filling system applies to the battery, super capacitor electrolyte filler process, this vacuum filling system adopts Vacuum-Filling-Pressure process, Guarantee electrolyte absorption with high consistency, reliability, completeness.
