No. This is a manual laboratory line for R&D and small-batch prototyping. For pilot or mass production, please contact us for semi-auto or automatic cylindrical line solutions.


Q2. Which machines are included?

The standard line includes winding, tab spot welding, bottom spot welding, grooving, ultrasonic cap welding, vacuum oven, electrolyte filling tools, glove box and sealing machine.


Q3. Does it include formation and grading?

No. Formation and grading are not included. A battery tester can be added for OCV and IR measurement, and formation/grading equipment can be supplied separately.


Q4. What environment is required for electrolyte filling?

Electrolyte filling and sealing are performed inside a glove box with dew point down to -40 C to protect moisture-sensitive electrolytes.


Q5. Can the line produce 21700 cells?

The standard configuration supports 18650 cells. A 21700 adapter kit is available for research on other cylindrical sizes.
