This TOB-G1100-250-III three heating zones tube furnace takes the resistance wire as the heating element, adopts the double-layer shell structure and 30 section program temperature control system, phase-shifting trigger and thyristor control. The furnace adopts fully imported high-purity alumina fiber, vacuum formed fiber and light plate material. Double furnace structure is adopted. The furnace has the advantages of balanced temperature field, low surface temperature, fast temperature rise and fall rate, energy saving and so on.

This furnace uses Silicon carbon rod as heating element, adopts double-layer shell structure and 31-stage program temperature control system, phase shift triggering, thyristor control, furnace high quality high purity alumina fiber, vacuum forming fiber poly light board material.

The furnace body can be moved from side to side, which can realize rapid cooling and meet the experimental requirements of sudden cooling of materials.
